Project Background:
This customer is from Mexico,his company specializes in die and mould tools,he was urgently looking for the good partner who can provide the good quality with good price and fast delivery time for his company. In fact, they have copperated with many China suppliers before,but met many problems such as the reliablity, quality, price , payment terms.delivery time etc, most important problem is that the supplier reliablity and commitment.
He sent a very long email to express the problems they met before, however we were full patient to reply the email to solve their worries and questions, no doubt that they sent us the first RFQ for quote, yeah ,it was the pin we got the order.
It was very smooth for both of us, it just took 4 days to start our first cooperation, from RFQ - Quotation - PO / Pay Deposit.
Pin Process：
Leadtime: 8 work days, in fact, the time is very urgent,as many processes to do
So during this time,we have many things to do.
First: Sent customer the M2 high speed steel material date sheet for confirmation
Second: In the meantime: make 1 sample first and sending the inspection video and inspection report to customer for checking to confirm the tolerance and surface are ok or not. As there are 2000pcs, to confirm all the pins are ok, so we will do a sample first to send customer for checking and confirmation, in futrue mass production, we both can ensure all the pins we make are good
Good,the pin sample and Material date sheet are confirmed by the customer
Third: Start to make mass production 2000PCS Pins.
Medium time: We would report the process by take photos
Finally: When finished,we would take the package photos to customers and customer finished the balance payment before shipping.
Yeah, we are having happy cooperation with each other.
