Perfect Silicone 2K Mold

About this project:

This silicone part is with "R" (Right) and "L" (Left)

The most important requirement is there are 2 colors, the logo base is a color(green marked area), the top is another (Blue marked),for 2 colors,the simple 2 plates silicone can not work, so need the 2K mold to reach. 

After we have to do the wash test in the washing machine to guarantee they can not be separated by some pressure. Good news that we are sucessful finally, after 40 minutes in washing machine, the parts are still completed.

Mold Design: 2K mold as well called the Drop Rubber Mold

1.For single color,can put silicone material here directly

2.For 2 colors,need to drop rubber firstly,then put the silicone material for production

How to do:

1. For this insert,we need to divided into 4 inserts,it is too weight as a whole insert

2.For dropping rubber mold,we need to do it over, please check the picture
